Shirley Wedding Photography Croydon

Today’s wedding photography is at Oaks Farm in Shirley in Croydon. The weather couldn’t quite make up its mind for today’s wedding at Oaks Farm Barn- it was a real mixed bag. One minute the heavens opened and there was a torrential downpour. Then a few minutes later, the sun was out and was beaming down. However, this all worked out so well for Lorna and Carl. It was dry when they came out of the wedding ceremony! Also, it was dry when it was time for the drinks reception!

Who could ask for more?

Lorna and Carl were married in the purpose built stables at Oaks Farm Barn in Shirley, surrounded by all their family and friends. Lorna and Carl have been a couple for some time and have two lovely children. Today seemed to be more a celebration of family life and continued happiness. Really wanting their family and friends to enjoy their celebration was the order of the day. Like most weddings at Oaks Farm, “relaxed” was the feel to today’s wedding. The couple asked us for mostly natural photos of people enjoying themselves. They certainly didn’t want anything too posed, except those obvious family formal groups of everyone in the family looking ‘dressed to kill’.
