Coming out of lockdown: key dates for 2021

Hi all,

We hope you’re all as well as can be during this awful time… we’ve been lucky enough to stay safe and well, but are itching to get back to real-life (and to earn some pennies) as soon as possible!

Following the recent government announcement on the “road out of lockdown,” we wanted to share a few key dates that set out our planned re-opening schedule, and will hopefully give you the information you need for bookings during 2021.

Key dates for our industry:

8th March

Weddings can take place with 6 attendees

12th April*

Non-essential retail opens, including close contact services such as hairdressers – this is the date we plan to re-open our studio for all portrait services.

Also, weddings allowed with up to 15 guests

17th May*

Weddings allowed with up to 30 guests

21st June*

All legal limits will be lifted on weddings

*Earliest possible date

Clearly, all dates are subject to amendment if the government deem further changes necessary – but we believe this to be a realistic timetable, and will look forward to re-opening our doors and getting on with life again very soon!
